All abstracts must be written and presented in English (British spelling). Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the authors.
Abstracts must not exceed 3,000 keystrokes, including title, names and affiliations.
The presenting author should be indicated clearly, with his/her name underlined.
Please do not include tables, figures, keywords, or references.
Abstracts must contain a statement of the purpose of the work, the methods used, the results, and conclusions (without title sections).
Results should be presented in sufficient detail to support the conclusions drawn.

Your abstract will be judged by the members of the EMCA 2025 Scientific Committee on its scientific soundness.
The decision on acceptance/rejection will be taken by the EMCA 2025 Scientific Committee.
If the EMCA 2025 Scientific Committee requests changes or corrections to your submission, you will be informed by e-mail at 31 January 2025. Revision is due at 6 February 2025.
All accepted abstracts will be published as conference proceedings in an Open Access JEMCA Supplement which will be available online before the start of the conference.
